In the heart of Ngamba Island, you discover that the magic of the chimpanzees is not just in their captivating presence but in the transformative impact they have on our own hearts and minds.
Day 1: Ngamba Island
Early breakfast then transferred to UWEC (Uganda Wildlife Educational Centre) in Entebbe where you will meet the Island guide who will brief you about this Island. You will transfer by a speed boat to Ngamba Islands in only 45 minutes. The chimpanzee sanctuary on Ngamba Island located on Lake Victoria the second biggest fresh water lake in the world. This Island is a chimpanzee sanctuary with approximately 37 orphaned chimpanzees being taken care of here. This island is part of the bigger Koome archipelago which comprises of 15 islands plus islets separated from freshwater Lake Victoria by a 10 km wide Ddamba Channel. You will arrive at the island in time for feeding the Chimpanzees. You will have a chance to feed them and relate with man's closest relative. You will be allowed about an hour with the chimpanzees and later on in the afternoon you may have a nature forest walk or participate in sport fishing.

Day 2: Ngamba Island Forest Walk
Following breakfast, with approved medical certification enjoy a forest walk on this island getting an opportunity to interact with the chimpanzees, man's closest relatives. Theu will play with you, climb you, hold your hand and even play with your hair. You will then have a break for lunch after which you will have a guided forest walk to look for various bird species or choose to unwind by the lake shore.

Day 3: Ngamba - Entebbe
